Customer Disputes

USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. will make every effort to resolve any customer dispute with product, pricing or charges to a customer’s account.  See “Warranty and Return” policy section for additional information.

Disputed Credit Card Charge Amounts

If you think there is an unauthorized charge on your credit card statement, please contact us regarding the disputed charge. You must notify us in writing by U.S. Mail to USA Analytical Technologies, Inc., P.O. Box 5165, Anaheim, CA 92814 and by email to jon@usaanalytical.com.  We do not give up any rights, if we accept a payment marked “payment in full” or given with any other conditions or limitations. 

 

Unauthorized Use

If your card is lost, stolen or used without your consent you should contact your credit card provider to inform them your account has been compromised. You will be responsible for all use by anyone you give your card to or allow to use your account. 

 

Enforceability

If any part of this policy is found to be void or unenforceable, all other parts of this policy will still apply.

 

Governing Law

This policy is entered into in the State of California and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, exclusive of its choice of law rules that would give rise to application of the substantive law of another jurisdiction. Each party to this policy submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Orange County in the State of California, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenience forum objections to such courts. In the event that any of part of the policy is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, those provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the policy shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

 

Important Information

We may sell, assign or transfer any or all of our rights or duties under this policy or your account, including our rights to payments. We do not have to give you prior notice of such action. You may not sell, assign or transfer any of your rights or duties under this policy or your account.
