Return Policy
USA ANALYICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Procedure
To return an item to USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to the return. A return must be received within 30 days of the initial shipment. To obtain an RMA# please email info@usaanalytical.com. The returned item(s) need be sent to the address below:

Return Credit
The returned product must be in new, unopened and original packaging. We will inspect the returned product and determine the amount of credit; if any to be issued. We will notify the customer as to the amount of the credit and provide an option for refund by Company check or have the credit placed on the customer account.
Warranty Statement
USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. provides a 30-day full warranty on all products, which extends only to the original purchaser. USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. warrants its parts against defects in materials for 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt. During this period, USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. will replace defective product with new product without charge to the customer.
Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service within these 30 (thirty) days will be paid by USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. All shipping fees both to and from USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer.
USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this purchase other than as set forth below.
Except as provided below, USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the lab equipment. Under no circumstances shall USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product supplied.
Warranty Conditions
The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. It is effective only if the products are purchased and operated in North America, Central America and South America.
2. This warranty covers only normal use of the lab equipment. USA Analytical Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper application; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement product(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.
