Product specific charges for an on-site service visit to a customer facility are based either upon an hourly rate or a fixed daily maximum, whichever is less. Actual travel and living expenses will be billed in addition to the service charge depending on the USA Analytical representative's point of origin and on a round trip basis.

$600.00/per day maximum

$175.00/per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours or

$1,400.00/per day maximum

Invoices for services including travel, expenses and parts will be issued after the completion of a service visit.  The invoice will indicate the customer's purchase order number that was provided in advance of the on-site service visit.  It is expected that the invoice(s) be paid promptly, not to exceed 30 days. Any account balance more than 30 days in arrears may be assessed a one and one-half percent (1.50%) service fee per month.

 

 

*For the purposes of clarification: “Living” includes airfare, car rental, gas, parking, toll charges, hotel and per diem meal expenses.  There will be an additional charge for part(s) and tool shipment.

 

 

TERMS:          Net 30 days. Hard copy purchase order in advance of service. And, a one and one-half percent (1.50%) service fee may be assessed on accounts more than 30 days in arrears.
